How a $50 million home renovation will transform a suburb

The project will convert the former home of the local fire department into a $10 million, luxury condo and home for the community of Oakley.

“It’s the largest home renovation project in the area,” said Oakley resident Daniele Masson.

The project, which is slated to be complete by 2019, will create 250 jobs, according to a news release.

The project also will bring new employment to the community.

Oakley residents, who will receive $10,000 to purchase their condo, will have access to a pool and tennis courts.

The new homes will also have a pool, a fitness center, a spa and a swimming pool.

The Oakley residents will have the option to buy out their condo in order to save the cost of their renovation.

One of the new residents, Darianne Burt, said she is excited to start a new life with the help of the project.

“I’ve always been really interested in technology,” Burt said.

She added, “I’ve been working really hard to get to this point.”

Oakley has a population of 3,500.

The city council will approve the project on April 17.
