Highline Residential Counseling is an online service offering residential counseling to Indian residential clients.
It’s similar to the services offered by the Centre for Independent Living (CIL) and is offered in Hindi and English.
The service was launched on March 1, 2019.
According to its website, Highline residential counseling is aimed at providing residential counseling in rural areas and urban areas, providing affordable, low-cost, and quality services.
The service offers a range of services including:Assistance in building a sustainable home and maintaining it during difficult times.
Counseling services in a variety of areas such as house building, house maintenance, house repairs, maintenance, furniture and garden work, cooking, home care, and more.
In order to apply for the service, applicants need to fill out the application form and pay a fee of Rs 25.
The fee is waived for students in the National Institute of Planning (NIP) program.
According to the website, the service has over 30,000 clients from across the country.
It has over 60,000 enrolled clients from Maharashtra and Maharashtra State.

In a recent interview, CIL CEO Amit Kapoor had said, “We are looking at different options for improving the services provided to our clients in the country and we are in talks with various providers.”
However, he did not specify which providers he is referring to.
According the website of the CIL, the main focus of the service is in the rural areas, but it has also been available to clients from other parts of the country as well.
However, the website has not specified which areas the service would be available in.
